  For the first couple of months that this McDonald's was open I had several issues, when I tried to call to complain, the only number listed to contact this McDonald's, was a Winter Haven number and each time I called it would go to voicemail. So one morning I around 5am I ordered a big breakfast meal with no sausage but with bacon and extra bacon, when I got home and opened the big breakfast there was no sausage and no bacon, so no meat at all! So later that day, I was driving by so I stopped and just ordered a soda and told them about my experience earlier that morning and the manager said she couldn't help me because I needed to call at the time of the problem, by that point I was so frustrated, I didn't even try to explain and just left. Then about a week later at around the same time I ordered a large hot caramel mocha with whole milk. I don't usually open my coffee until I get home because it's too hot, well I got home and it was plain coffee, so I try to call again and AGAIN I get a voicemail at the winter haven number. So I get back in my car and go back to get the right order, since it was so early, they remembered me and gave me the right order with apologies. Well this morning I ordered a large hot caramel mocha and I get home and it tasted like pure chocolate, this time they finally have a number that gets answered at the Polk City location and the manager asked me to come back to get the right order with apologies but my goodness, this is getting ridiculous, there were a few more incidents in between the times I've mentioned but I figured you get the point! I'm so frustrated with this McDonald's, it's in a very convenient location for me but I may have to just start going out of my way again to not have to stress about having an issue. Get with it Polk City McDonald's!

  Got a fresh rolled breakfast burrito. No microwave added! Also table service. Kinda cool. I'd give these guys $9 per hour starting wage if I owned this joint.
